No. Natural honey can crystallise over time, and mustard honey does it especially quickly. To soften it, stand the closed jar in warm (not boiling) water for a while.

That's normal. Coconut oil goes solid below about 24 °C. Stand the bottle in warm water for a few minutes. Please don't heat the glass bottle directly on a flame.

Our oils are packed in glass. Glass keeps the taste clean and can be washed and reused at home.
